Who we are
About Pine Creek Mining, Inc.
The company is actively involved in the acquisition, exploration, development, and operation of gold, silver, and copper mines in the southwestern United States. Pine Creek works with a core team of geologists, mining engineers and financial analysts to identify viable properties. In property analysis, the company prefers those potential mining sites that have current Canadian National Instrument 43-101 Technical Reports stating both measured and indicated mineral reserves.
The Gold Basin Mine
The Company’s initial project is the Gold Basin Mine located within the Hassayampa Mining District, Yavapai County, Arizona. The property is located approximately 20 miles south-southwest of Prescott, Arizona and is readily accessible from Prescott by driving South-southwest on State Highway 89 for approximately 16.0 miles to Forest Services Road 72, which is approximately 0.5 miles east of Wilhoit, Arizona.
The Gold Basin mine consists of federal mining claims located on 250 Acres of US Forest Service land. There are eleven claims compliant with current BLM requirements for aliquot description.
A CNI 43-101 Technical Report was prepared on the property in 2011 and was updated in October 2020. The 2020 Technical Report was prepared by noted Professional Geologist and Qualified Person Mark Slatten. The stated mineral reserves in the Report show a total of 1,730,200 measured and indicated ounces of recoverable gold. The overall valuation is $3,027,850,000 at a $1,750 per ounce price of gold.
A limited Pilot Plant operation has been completed under an exploration permit and verifies the feasibility of economically viable operations at the mine. A permit application is in process and is in advanced stages. The final Authorization to Commence Operations expected to be issued within the next several months. At that time, the company plans to launch the mine into full scale operations at a production rate of 125 yards per hour.
